Adult Basketball League

League Information:

Registration deadline is January 1st, 2025.
Teams will be assigned once registration closes. If you have a team please have every one register and then email i20sportsinfo@gmail.com, your team name, captian, and players. Each team is allowed to have 7 players.
If there are enough men and women sign up there will be a mens league and a womens league. If not the league will be co-ed.
Adults will get together and practice on which time and day(s) work best for the team.
Games will be held at First Baptist starting the week of January 20th, 2025.

For the adult named above, I hereby give my full consent and approval for myself to participate as a team member in the sport. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play in this sport. I hereby certify myself that I am fully capable of participating in the designated sport. I am healthy and have no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict participation. I understand that there are physical risks in every sport, therefore i take full responsiblity for my own injurys and expenses. I do here waive, release and hold harmless to i20 Sports and First Baptist Church, GWCC and its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by myself in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities incidentals, whether they result or negligence or any other cause.
